Construction Laborer - Road Construction We are a road construction company seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. No prior construction experience is required — candidates who demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic will have the opportunity to learn specialized roles and advance within the company. Laborers at our company may work across multiple departments, including asphalt paving, sitework, and pipe and utility installation, giving entry-level candidates broad exposure to the road construction trade.
