Clearwater is looking for motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our installation team. This is hands-on work for people who enjoy building, working with tools, solving problems, and seeing the finished result of their work every day. Our installers work on a wide variety of projects including business signage, wall graphics, vehicle graphics, dimensional lettering, monument signs, channel letters, and more. No two days are exactly the same! This position is a great fit for people coming from: Construction General Labor Carpentry Roofing HVAC Electrical Fence / Awning Installation Window / Door Installation Automotive / Mechanical Trades Warehouse /

What You'll Be Doing:

Installing signs, graphics, and visual displays indoors and outdoors Using hand tools and power tools Working from ladders, lifts, and bucket trucks when needed Reading measurements and verifying layouts Loading/unloading materials and preparing install sites Working independently and alongside team members

Qualifications:

Clean driving record 18+ years old Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to lift, move, and work in active environments Comfortable working at heights when required Preferred but

NOT Required:

Construction experience Lift or bucket truck experience Sign installation experience Mechanical or electrical background
