This role involves supporting various operational tasks across different departments to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, or equipment as needed Support team members in completing production or maintenance tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns immediately Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and recording stock levels Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, or assembling items according to instructions Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality standards Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
