Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial developments. You will be hands-on in building, repairing, and restoring structures, utilizing your skills in various construction trades. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks efficiently on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute projects accurately. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for framing, roofing, masonry, and stucco applications. Conduct demolition, renovation, restoration, and site cleanup activities to prepare for new construction or repairs. Install flooring, tile, trim carpentry, plastering, caulking, and other finishing touches to enhance building aesthetics. Support concrete pumping, concrete mixing with mixers, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols. Knowledge of construction estimating processes to assist in project planning. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks including carpentry, roofing, and drywall installation. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of work. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes is a plus. Experience with welding, tile laying, flooring installation, or stucco application is advantageous. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not mandatory. Join us in building the future—where your skills make a real impact!
