Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for framing, roofing, masonry, and stucco applications. Conduct demolition, renovation, restoration, and site cleanup activities to prepare for new construction or repairs. Install flooring, tile, trim carpentry, plastering, caulking, and other finishing touches to enhance building aesthetics. Support concrete pumping, concrete mixing with mixers, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols. Knowledge of construction estimating processes to assist in project planning. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks including carpentry, roofing, and drywall installation. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of work. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes is a plus. Experience with welding, tile laying, flooring installation, or stucco application is advantageous.
