Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects, from initial groundwork to final finishes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on the built environment. Duties Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work zones Operate hand tools and power tools safely Willing to learn or know how to operate a Lute rake and other paving tools Help with heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, or steel Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work to maintain a safe and organized site Be able to work in the "Florida heat" Support in asphalt prep, as well as parking lot striping Skills Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction laboring Proficiency in using hand tools & power tools Willing to learn and be open minded Clean driving record and trust worthy to take care of things Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking Prior construction site experience is highly desirable for a smooth transition into this roleThis Construction Laborer position is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn new skills while contributing to impactful projects.
