Job Description

Overview/Job Description We are a well-established marine contracting company based in Florida, seeking experienced Laborers to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in dredging, framing, dock building, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Assist Crew Leader with various phases of marine construction projects Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Accurately measure, cut, and assemble framing materials Support dredging operations, including operating hoses and pumps Participate in dock construction, piling installation, seawall repairs, and other marine-related tasks Maintain a clean and organized worksite Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including Florida heat and rain Safely work in and over the water; must be able to swim confidently Follow all company safety protocols and project guidelines Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Job Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently Must be able to read and use a tape measure accurately Must possess a strong willingness to learn and work as part of a team Previous experience with framing, dock building, and/or dredging required Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (heavy lifting, bending, climbing) Strong work ethic with attention to detail Must have reliable transportation to job sites Basic knowledge of construction safety practices preferred Preferred Skills (Not required, but a plus) Experience operating small machinery (skid steers, mini excavators, pumps) Ability to read blueprints and project plans Basic carpentry skills Work Environment Outdoor job sites including waterfront, overwater platforms and marine vessels. Fast paced, team oriented environment
