This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial installations to new residential builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and enthusiasm for construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist skilled tradespeople in executing high-quality work while gaining valuable experience across various construction disciplines. We are committed to providing a paid, engaging environment where your hard work directly contributes to building something lasting and impactful. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support shell,, masonry, fabricated installations, and other trades Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently under supervision Support concrete work through mixing, pouring, and finishing activities Install rebar, forms and excavations Perform selective demo for various trades Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly Requirements Prior experience on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction is advantageous Ability to operate power tools, concrete cutting tools, heavy equipment, and perform welding or masonry work is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience or certification is beneficial for site travel or material transport We welcome motivated individuals ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
