Exterior Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities Operate pressure washers, scrapers, brushes, and other cleaning tools safely and effectively to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, and other buildup from building exteriors. Clean windows, glass surfaces, gutters, and downspouts to ensure clarity and proper drainage. Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or safety barriers in accordance with safety standards. Inspect work areas for potential hazards or damage and report issues promptly to supervisors. Follow established safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor cleaning tasks. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools after each job to ensure longevity and optimal performance. Communicate professionally with clients regarding service details or special requests to ensure complete satisfaction. Experience Prior experience in exterior cleaning or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering thorough and high-quality cleaning results. Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods during work shifts. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning equipment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients alike.
