This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Worker, you'll contribute to high-quality craftsmanship while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing Install rebar, metal studs, and framing components following schematics and blueprints Execute concrete forming, pouring, pumping, and finishing to ensure durable and smooth surfaces Perform renovation tasks including plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, and restoration work Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols Requirements Proven construction site experience with familiarity in various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and metal stud framing Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools confidently Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating large vehicles preferred Strong commitment to safety standards and teamwork in a fast-paced environment Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a lively environment that values your contributions!
