$15.00 - $17.00 per hour // With potential for bonuses
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM // Weekends as needed

Jacksonville, FL Job Overview All Smith Mechanical is looking for a dependable and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and industrial mechanical work including pipefitting, cooling towers, boiler and chiller repairs/replacements, pump replacement, and minor HVAC service work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist technicians and mechanics on job sites Help with pipefitting and mechanical installations Support boiler, chiller, and pump replacement projects Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials and job site cleanup Assist with cooling tower maintenance and repairs Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Willingness to learn and work in commercial/industrial environments Dependable, punctual, and motivated Mechanical or construction experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to learn skilled mechanical trades Room for growth within the company Hands-on experience in commercial mechanical systems Apply Today If you are reliable, willing to work hard, and interested in building a career in the mechanical trades, we'd like to hear from you.
