Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of building projects. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople with on-site tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining an efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about construction processes. Duties Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Help with site cleanup and ensuring the work area remains safe and organized Operate basic tools under supervision and report any safety concerns immediately Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Must be at least 18 years old Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but training will be provided Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$17.00 - $35.00 per hour
