Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and willing to learn on the job while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers. Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
