Team members will work on-site installing synthetic turf fields, sports courts, and other athletic facility surfaces . This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation, site preparation, and general construction labor.

Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of turf fields and sports courts Operate equipment such as skid steers, rollers, and compactors Perform site prep, grading, material handling, and cleanup Follow safety procedures and support the crew to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

Construction or equipment operation experience preferred Ability to perform physical outdoor work and lift 50+ lbs Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Skills Ability to perform physical tasks that require strength, stamina, and manual dexterity Willingness to learn new skills quickly in a fast-moving environment Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures (preferred but not required) Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not mandatory Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is advantageous for job site access Embark on an exciting career journey where your effort directly contributes to building something meaningful!
