Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, including hand tools, power tools, and small equipment Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, or concrete work Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and accurately Conduct routine inspections of work areas for quality control and safety hazards Support the loading and unloading of materials and equipment as needed Experience Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team environment Basic understanding of construction safety standards and practices Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks that require lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication skills for clear coordination with team members and supervisors Join us in building something great!
