Responsibilities Assist crews with daily job site operations Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites Hand dig, shovel, backfill, and compact soil as needed Measure and mark work areas Retrieve and organize tools and supplies for operators and foremen Assist with pipe installation, cleanup, and general construction labor Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Must be available to work throughout the Central Florida area Occasional travel and overnight work may be required depending on project location Construction, utility, plumbing, or excavation experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team Employment Requirements Pre-employment background check required Pre-employment drug screening required Centrel Services is a Drug-Free Workplace Must be authorized to work in the United States
