PM Pay:

We provide window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, roof & gutter cleaning, and more across the Orlando area. What You'll Do Perform residential window cleaning , including screens and frames Execute services like roof cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel, gutter, fence, and pool enclosure cleaning Conduct pre-job and post-job walkthroughs with homeowners Remove and reinstall window screens (interior and exterior access) Take before-and-after photos for quality control Use professional tools (water-fed poles, ladders, squeegees, DI tanks, etc.) Maintain equipment and keep your company van organized and clean What You'll Earn Training Period (1.5 weeks): 15% commission per job

Post-Training:

17.5% - 20% commission per job

Average Tech Income:

$800-$1,200/week (not including tips) Weekly Pay (with a 1-week pay delay) Tips from satisfied customers Company van provided (gas paid by tech once van is assigned) What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work and has attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat and using ladders Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights Valid driver's license and clean driving record Great with customers and committed to doing the job right the first time No experience needed — we'll train the right person with the right attitude Requirements Must be reliable and punctual Willing to wear a company uniform at all times Comfortable using tools and cleaning equipment Able to work Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 AM to around 6:30 PM Responsible for gas expenses once assigned a company vehicle Perks Weekly pay + tips Clear growth path and leadership opportunities Paid training High-performance culture Recurring work and predictable schedule Ready to get paid for the quality of your work?
