It is hot, it is dirty, and because it is a waste site, it involves a pungent, smelly environment. The site is remote and not on a local bus route, so having your own reliable vehicle is a strict requirement for employment. This job is not for everyone. However, if you have a strong work ethic, thrive in a challenging physical environment, and want to log massive hours in just four days, we want to clear a path for you to build a permanent career here. Schedule Options We are currently filling crews for two different schedule tracks. You choose the option that fits your life:- Option A (Tuesday
- Friday): Work Tuesday through Friday, and enjoy a guaranteed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off.
- Option B (Monday
- Thursday): Work Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a guaranteed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Key Responsibilities
Heavy Physical Labor:
Engage in daily tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy materials in all Florida weather conditions.Site Support and Cleanup:
Maintain facility cleanliness, clear debris, and assist with the general maintenance of outdoor spaces to ensure a safe work environment.Safety and Teamwork:
Strictly follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards, utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and communicate effectively with your crew. Position RequirementsUnmatched Reliability:
A strict, zero-tolerance policy is maintained for no-calls and no-shows. If you accept a shift, you are expected to be on-site and on time.Physical Grit:
Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs consistently, and work comfortably in extreme heat and outdoor industrial elements.Background Screening:
