This energetic role offers hands-on experience in a variety of construction projects, from commercial to residential. You'll work alongside skilled professionals, utilizing your physical strength and technical skills to bring blueprints to life. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this position provides an exciting opportunity to develop your craft while contributing to high-quality construction projects. All roles are paid, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of job sites, including layout and material organization Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as framing, window & door installation, trim work and more Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for heavy equipment operation Install various building components including flooring, trim carpentry, impact window and door installation & interior door installation Support renovation projects by performing demolition, restoration work, caulking, and installation of fixtures or trim Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely Experience with construction estimating and reading a tape measure Proficiency in running a saw and other power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and the use of hand tools and power tools effectively Requirements Must have transportation and a valid driver's license Must be legal to work in the US This is a subcontractor position, so compensation would be paid via 1099.
