Skilled Construction Laborer (Remodeling & Repairs) Proline Property Maintenance LLC - Tampa Bay Area Proline Property Maintenance is a growing home improvement and repair company looking to hire a skilled laborer with hands-on experience in residential and light commercial work. We are looking for someone who can show up, think, and produce quality work without constant supervision. ⸻

Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry, drywall, trim, and basic framing Install doors, windows, LVP flooring, and fixtures Complete punch-out work and job site repairs Read scopes of work and follow job instructions Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate clearly with team members and leadership ⸻

Requirements:

3+ years of construction or remodeling experience Strong knowledge of basic tools and materials Ability to work independently and problem-solve Reliable transportation (truck/van preferred) Valid driver's license Must be dependable and take pride in your work ⸻

Preferred Experience:

Interior renovations (kitchen/bath) Exterior repairs (siding, soffit, fascia, stucco) Painting and finishing work Working on occupied homes and professional job sites ⸻

Pay & Benefits:
