ODC Construction is looking for a Punchout Laborer to perform finishing tasks and final inspections on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to complete tasks with precision, and a willingness to contribute to the final steps of project completion. This position involves addressing any final touch-ups, repairs, and corrections to ensure the project is ready for handover.
Reports to:
Director of Construction Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform punchout tasks such as drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, fixture installations, and other finishing work to complete construction projects. Inspect completed work areas to identify any defects or items requiring attention before final inspection. Address and fix minor issues, including imperfections in paint, trim, flooring, and other interior or exterior surfaces. Install or replace hardware, light fixtures, and other finishing components. Assist with cleaning and clearing out areas to prepare for final inspection and project handover. Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and other crew members to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with other general labor tasks as needed to support the crew and meet project deadlines. Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and complies with company and industry regulations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills Technologically proficient High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting Clear, professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Tasks may include standing, walking, bending, and carrying up to 50 lbs., with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. This position requires the ability to work outdoors for extended periods in a variety of weather conditions, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
