Job Description

About the​ Role ​ Are you someone who likes working with your hands, seeing the results of a hard day's work, and wants to learn a valuable trade? We are looking for a motivated General Laborer / Apprentice to join our team. ​ You don't need a resume full of construction experience—we will teach you everything you need to know. What you do need is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn how to build and fix things the right way. ​What You'll Be Doing ​You will start by mastering the fundamentals of job site preparation and support, gradually taking on more advanced building and repair tasks as you learn the trade. ​
Site Prep & Protection:
Laying down floor paper, taping off edges, and covering surfaces with plastic to protect client homes. ​
Drywall & Repairs:
Learning how to patch holes, sand, and prep walls for paint. ​ Keep it
Moving:
Assisting with material handling, tool organization, and job site cleanup. ​Learn the
Trade:
Shadowing experienced pros to learn the complete building process from start to finish. ​ What We Are Looking For ​
Note:
This is a physically demanding role. You will be on your feet, lifting heavy objects, and moving all day. If you love staying active, this is for you. ​ Reliability is #1: You show up on time, every day, ready to work. ​ Attention to
Detail:
You care about doing a neat job (a bad tape job ruins a good paint job!). ​
Coachability:
You listen well, take direction, and want to learn how to build things properly. ​
Physical Capability:
Able to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs], bend, kneel, and stand for long periods. ​
Transportation:
