Job Description

Innovar Structures is a manufacturer specializing in quality, sustainable, and durable prefabricated structures built from repurposed shipping containers for residential and commercial use. Our factory is located at 1510 US HWY 17N, Wauchula, FL 33873.As an innovative company, we are seeking highly motivated individuals who work well with others to join our team. At Innovar, you will learn the latest construction techniques in a fast-paced environment and be rewarded for your efforts and professional growth. Job Responsibilities Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management. Experienced at a construction labor, construction worker or construction general labor is desired. Additional experience from construction maintenance or at a construction day labor is also a plus. Clean and prepare sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, drywall, painting and custom builds. Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis. Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Valid driver's license Drywall/Painting/Plumbing/Electrical Ability to lift heavy equipment Forklift experience (desirable)
