Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various projects. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or project leads. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
