To date, HOA has invested in and currently manages approximately 15,500 home sites across 155 communities and 19 states. Position Overview •This is a temporary position from approximately mid-May to June 5th.•We are seeking a CAPEX and Infill Laborer to support ongoing infrastructure, maintenance, and capital projects across multiple communities in the Tampa and Southeastern Florida markets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong technical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in both fieldwork and project management settings. Key Responsibilities Assist with capital expenditure (CapEx) and maintenance projects for manufactured home communities. Perform hands-on construction and repair tasks, including: Building and repairing small decks (approx. 5'x5'). Installing vinyl skirting systems, including track/spike kits, trimming panels, and installing top rail. Completing basic plumbing connections, replacing water meter boxes, and tying them into water meters and supply lines beneath homes. Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, property managers, and internal stakeholders. Perform physical labor as required, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working underneath homes or outdoors. Qualifications & Requirements Local to the Tampa or Southeastern Florida market. Willingness to travel regularly between community sites. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic plumbing and carpentry skills required. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the manufactured housing, multifamily, or residential construction industries. Knowledge of general contracting practices and project management processes.
