Construction Laborer Tampa, FL $16-$20/hour (DOE) Full-Time Build a Career Outdoors with a Growing Team Perimeter Solutions Group is looking for dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our expanding team in Tampa. What We Offer ✔ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance ✔ 401(k) Retirement Plan ✔ Paid Time Off & Holidays ✔ Steady, Full-Time Work ✔ Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities ✔ Hands-On Training & Skill Development ✔ Team-Oriented Work Environment What You'll Do Install commercial fencing systems including: Chain link Wood Vinyl (PVC) Aluminum Temporary fencing Dig post holes and set posts in concrete Install rails, gates, wire, and hardware Measure and layout fence lines accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, and augers Load and unload materials safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures Work alongside a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule What We're Looking For 1+ year of construction or fence installation experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience towing or working with trucks and trailers is a plus Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Team player with a positive attitude Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and performing physical labor throughout the day Able to work outdoors year-round Why Perimeter Solutions Group?
