Construction Crew Leader

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects on-site. As a Construction Crew Leader, you will lead a team of construction workers, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the Owner to deliver successful outcomes. Your expertise in construction management, site supervision, and technical skills will drive efficiency and uphold safety protocols across all phases of construction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews, monitoring performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Oversee daily site operations Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team activities accurately. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications Skills Proven experience in construction site supervision with strong leadership and management skills. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of plans. Knowledge of heavy machinery operation including use of ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary. Bi-lingual a plus Must hold a valid Florida driver's license, with no points.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
