Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies as directed Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required Follow instructions carefully to ensure project timelines are met while prioritizing safety at all times Experience Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites is a plus Join us to be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and growth!
