Job Description

General Laborer 4538 Sky Dive Lane, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 From $17 an hour - Full-time From $17 an hour - Full-time Overview B & H Construction of Central Florida, Inc., a state-certified building contractor specializing in concrete and aluminum additions for manufactured homes, is seeking full-time General Laborers. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced setting.
Job Duties:
Follow instructions from supervisors and work cohesively with coworkers. Ability to perform manual labor outdoors that requires considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas. Clean and maintain shop, yard, and clean construction sites from debris and discarded/excess materials. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Basic hand and yard tool knowledge including but not limited to, trimmer, weed eater, leaf blower, shovel, broom etc. Ability to work with a team, treating coworkers and supervisors with respect. Maintain a good track record with attendance and punctuality. Valid drivers license with clean driving record as well as reliable transportation to and from work. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
