Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up safety barriers and organizing materials Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and tools Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform strenuous tasks throughout the day Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and practices Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently Willingness to learn new skills, including operation of machinery or specialized tools Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for project success
