Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment to ensure timely project progress Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools and supplies Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Carry out basic demolition or site cleanup activities to keep the workspace organized and hazard-free Operate simple hand tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines Help with the transportation of materials around the site to facilitate efficient workflow Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of construction tools and materials is a plus but not required—training will be provided Reliable work ethic with punctuality and teamwork orientation Willingness to learn new skills on the job in a fast-paced setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to start or grow their career in construction.
