Duties Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas on the construction site Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow Perform basic demolition tasks such as removing old fixtures or materials under supervision Help with site safety by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately Support in the installation of building components like framing, drywall, or flooring as directed Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and correctly to aid in construction activities Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team setting Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures Willingness to learn new skills related to construction trades and tools Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided Embark on a rewarding career path where your effort builds more than just structures — you help shape communities!
