Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials Carry and transport tools, supplies, and equipment safely around the construction site Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by performing basic tasks as directed Help with loading and unloading materials to ensure timely project progress Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly on the job site Basic understanding of construction site operations is a plus but not required Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability at the forefront Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career journey with us!
