In this role, you will be actively involved in a wide range of construction activities, supporting project completion with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up safety barriers and organizing materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, concrete finishing, and masonry Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately Support carpentry activities including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and framing Perform tasks related to plumbing and electrical work as needed, following safety protocols Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Assist with demolition, restoration, or remodeling projects by handling materials and performing finishing touches like caulking, painting, or tile laying Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or concrete finishing Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate task execution Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Basic understanding of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and safety regulations Experience with specialized skills such as glass installation, fabrication, welding, or stucco is advantageous Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Join our team to build innovative structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
