Commercial Sitework & Grading Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Entry-Level Laborer to join our commercial sitework and grading team. This position supports field operations on construction sites, assisting with grading, excavation, utility installation, and general site preparation. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and excavation tasks Perform general labor duties such as digging, shoveling, raking, and material handling Support equipment operators and skilled crew members as needed Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Participate in daily setup and cleanup of job sites Learn basic operation of hand tools and small equipment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required No prior experience necessary; construction or outdoor labor experience is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and uneven terrain

Work Environment:

Outdoor construction sites Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
