PAY & OPPORTUNITY
Starting pay: $23/hr Overtime after 40 hours Quarterly performance incentives Annual raises and advancement opportunities Opportunity to grow into: Heavy Equipment Operator CDL Driver / Operator Foreman Superintendent
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday Occasional weekend and outer island work

THE WORK
Assist with demolition, excavation, grading, and site work Use hand tools and construction equipment safely Support operators, Foremen, and field crews Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized jobsites Learn construction safety, field operations, and production work Assist with traffic control, trenching, cleanup, and site preparation
