Job Description
Job Summary Hawaii Court Resurfacing is seeking a dependable, hard-working Assistant to join our crew. Based on Oʻahu and serving all Hawaiian Islands, our team specializes in tennis and pickleball court resurfacing — including surface preparation, crack repair systems, acrylic surfacing, layout, striping, and equipment installation. If you enjoy outdoor, hands-on work and want to build real trade skills in a unique, high-demand industry, this role is an excellent fit. Pay ranges from $25-$45/hr depending on experience. Duties Assist with daily job site preparation , including cleaning courts, masking off areas, and organizing tools/materials Support the crew with crack repair systems, patching, and leveling Help mix and apply acrylic resurfacing products using rollers, squeegees, and other tools Assist with court layout and striping , measuring lines accurately and applying tape/stencils Help install nets, posts, anchors, and other court equipment Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient work environment Follow safety protocols when using tools and resurfacing machinery Learn and support all steps of the court resurfacing process under guidance from senior technicians Experience Experience in construction, concrete, fencing, landscaping, or general labor highly preferred Comfort using hand tools, power tools, or outdoor equipment Ability to work outside in sun, wind, and changing weather Understanding of basic job site safety Strong communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn No prior court resurfacing experience required — we will train motivated workers Why Join Hawaii Court Resurfacing?
