Property Tech Job Description:

The General Laborer is responsible for performing various physical tasks to support the operations of the company. This role involves manual labor, the use of hand tools, machinery operation, and adherence to safety protocols. Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials. May operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required. Assist with the setup and teardown at job site Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are met. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members. Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas. Assist with basic maintenance and repair tasks. Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers Compensation 28/hr
