Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment, supporting daily yard operations, and helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, forklifts, dump trucks, cargo trucks, and hydraulic truck cranes Perform routine labor tasks such as draining liquids and assisting with general yard maintenance Load, move, and organize materials safely and efficiently Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs as necessary Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures Support additional labor duties as assigned by supervisorsQualifications:
Previous heavy equipment operating experience required Excavator experience is required Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a teamHours:
Monday- Friday (8am
- 5pm) Saturday's (8am
- 12pm)
