The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong background in various landscaping techniques. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional. The Landscape Technician will work with a variety of tools and equipment to execute landscape designs, perform installations, and carry out maintenance tasks. They will be expected to know how to hardscape and how to run a landscape/hardscape crew efficiently Duties Run a landscape and hardscape crew Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability in landscape installations. Execute hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Assist with electrical installations related to landscape lighting systems. Conduct flooring installation for outdoor spaces as required. Fabricate custom landscape features to meet design specifications. Carry out trim carpentry tasks for garden structures such as arbors or fences. Perform concrete finishing for pathways, borders, or other landscape elements. Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Lay tile in designated areas as part of landscape enhancements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in heavy equipment operation is essential. Familiarity with caulking, hardscape installation, electrical work, flooring installation, fabrication, trim carpentry, concrete finishing, power tools, and tile laying is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
