Utility Traffic & Restoration, LLC. is now accepting applications for the following union positions: : Groundman (Commercial license preferred but not required) : Groundman/Driver (Class A CDL Required) : Crew Leader (Class A CDL Required) Concrete

• Sidewalk, street, curb, ADA ramp, sawing, setup, forming, pouring and finishing Asphalt
• Sidewalk, street, sawing, patching Soft Surface/Lawn
• lawn / turf repair, leveling, topsoil, seeding, straw matting and hydro seeding

Job Description:

Restoration laborers & operators: perform manual labor related to hard surface restoration (concrete and asphalt) or soft surface restoration (topsoil, seed, mulch, straw matting, hydro seeding). This involves restoring disturbed surface areas such as road, curb, sidewalk and lawn/turf areas to their original pre-construction state after utility system improvements or other civil construction that required excavation took place.

Restoration Foreman / Crew leader:

will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe efficient manner and maintaining crews' production goals. Monitoring assigned fleet, equipment, tools and supplies. Complete and submit daily work production sheets to manager/supervisor. Maintain open line of communication with manager or supervisor. Candidates with concrete and/or landscaping experience strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be able to confidently work independently with minimal direction and supervision Must be able to pass background check, drug testing, and DOT physical

• Fed Med card required Must always be reliable and professional Ability to safely operate a company vehicle to and from job sites Must have strong attention to detail and surroundings Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees, the public, customers and contractors Able to perform physical labor for extended periods of time on a continual and daily basis Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on an as required basis Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory Must be able to work in all weather conditions Experience with hard surface and/or soft surface restoration is preferred but open to providing training to the right candidate.

Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime available Occasional short distance travel based on position.
