Competitive pay for the right individual Position Overview We are a small, fast‑paced business seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with general labor duties throughout the roofing and construction season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in doing a job well, and can represent the company professionally on job sites. Key Responsibilities Haul dump trailers to and from the landfill Run a magnet across job sites to locate and remove nails Clean up debris and maintain a safe, organized work area Operate small machinery and equipment as needed Follow directions from supervisors and provide directions to others when appropriate Assist with basic construction‑related tasks, including using hand and power tools Perform ladder work and walk safely on single‑story roofs Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong customer service skills and professional communication Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, lift materials, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures Ability to use basic tools such as hammers, drills, and similar equipment Honest, trustworthy, and committed to quality work Willingness to work longer days during peak summer months Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in roofing, construction, or related labor fields Familiarity with job‑site safety practices Experience operating small machinery or equipment Why Work With Us Competitive pay based on experience and performance Supportive small‑business environment Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company Competitive Pay • Pay is based upon experience, job performance, and the ability to demonstrate competence.
