Seasonal General Labor & Lawncare

Job Summary Seasonal Position, with potential to develop into a permanent position. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Seasonal Lawncare & General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and general labor duties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team and in independently. The Laborer will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of outdoor spaces. Some lawncare experience necessary. Proficient in Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping tasks including lawn care, mowing, tree trimming, and general labor, various projects and maintenance under supervision. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Assist in the installation of plants, trees, and other landscaping features. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Must be able to able to instruction and follow directions. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Ability to use lawn equipment (ie: Zero-Turn Mower, Weed Eater, Chainsaw, etc) Ability to use hand tools effectively for digging, building, and maintaining landscapes. Ability to read and follow instructions Ability to do some heavy lifting (50+ pounds) Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping and maintenance. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
