  • for commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with
  • construction, concrete, carpentry, or general labor experience
  • who are dependable, safety‑focused, and ready to work hands‑on in the field.

    • Job Responsibilities
    • + Assist with daily
    • construction and jobsite tasks
    • including cleanup, material handling, and equipment staging + Support
    • concrete and carpentry crews
    • with preparation and workflow + Mix, pour, place, and
    • finish concrete
    • while maintaining quality standards + Set, align, and strip
    • concrete forms
    • + •Perform rough and finish carpentry•tasks such as framing, installation, and repairs + Measure, cut, and assemble materials using •hand and power tools•+ •Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and supervisor instructions•+ •Load and unload materials, tools, and jobsite equipment•+ •Maintain a safe, clean jobsite in compliance with OSHA and company standards•+ •Work as part of a team to meet daily production and project deadlines•✅•Required Experience•+ •2+ years of construction experience•, such as: + General construction labor + Concrete work or concrete finishing + Carpentry or framing + Commercial or residential construction + Ability to lift •50 lbs•+ •Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions•+ •Valid driver's license•with reliable transportation + Strong attendance and reliability •⭐•Preferred Experience (Not Required)•+ Concrete finishing or form work + Finish carpentry experience + Metal stud framing or drywall + Blueprint reading + Experience using •tape measure, hand tools, and power tools•?

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
