Job Title:
Rebar Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated rebar laborer to join our team on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in an industrial environment, such as construction or general labor. The position requires flexibility to work on both 1st shift from 5:30am to 3pm and 2nd shift from 12:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks in construction settings. Utilize various hand and power tools effectively. Lift up to 75 lbs semi-consistently. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Operate overhead cranes and work with rebar and blueprints. Essential Skills Experience in construction or as a general laborer. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift heavy objects and work collaboratively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with rebar is a major plus. Familiarity with overhead crane operations. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work inside an industrial environment year-round, sheltered from the elements. Experience a team-centric atmosphere where tasks are completed in unison with team members. The schedule includes a day shift from 5:30am to 3pm, and a swing shift from 12:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, with two paid 30-minute breaks. Initially, employees train on a shortened schedule to acclimate to the role, gradually increasing hours over the first three weeks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
