• Work begins promptly at 6am and ending at 2:30pm, Monday through Friday . (Summer hours are from 6am-2:30pm to beat the heat!)

Summary We are currently looking for a General Laborer to work throughout different departments throughout the plant as necessary. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to analyze a variety of problems while working independently. Time management and organizational skills are also essential. Training can be provided. Duties and Responsibilities Consistently utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper finishing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines. Ensure all requirements as specified by plans and the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met Understanding and utilizing carpentry techniques and methods of installation in construction Proficient and accurate in using manual equipment and measurement tools Building window frames, cut shape and smooth lumber and other materials Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings. Must be able to climb ladders and work on scaffolding

Qualifications:

Read blueprints and drawings to determine exact specifications. Have required hand tools to perform required work Ability to be trained and take direction. Ability to work in a team with others. Must be able to meet our schedule and possible overtime when necessary.
