Wage:
Starting at $18.00/hour + Benefits (wage increased based on experience leve) HC Company is looking for a motivated Laborer to support various tasks on commercial construction job sites. Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled tradespeople with materials, scaffolding, and tool operations Load and unload construction materials and equipment Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe work environment Operate or assist with construction equipment and power tools under supervision Mix and pour concrete, grout, or other materials as directed Follow safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions Work as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and contributing to project success
Qualifications:
Prior c onstruction experience preferred, but not required Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, standing, and kneeling for extended periods Basic understanding of construction techniques and safety standards Reliable transportation to job sites; active drivers license required Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Work Environment:
