Position Overview Hamilton Construction Co. is seeking a Laborer - Bridge to support bridge construction projects in the Boise, Idaho area. This role involves performing a variety of physical, hands-on tasks to assist crews in safely and efficiently completing projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in demanding outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities General Labor & Site Support Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on bridge, highway, and rail construction projects Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as needed Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety policies and project-specific safety requirements Adhere to environmental regulations and jobsite procedures Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe work environment Attendance & Reliability Report to work on time and ready for assigned duties Maintain reliable transportation to and from job sites Required Qualifications Previous experience in heavy civil construction (bridges, highways, or rail) preferred Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly Comfortable working at heights Ability to access all areas of a construction site in varying terrain and weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks This is a Safety-Sensitive Position where impairment may pose a risk of serious injury or death Regular, reliable attendance Compensation & Benefits Prevailing Wage in accordance with Idaho state and project requirements (rate disclosed at time of application) Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Retirement benefits Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Hamilton Construction Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
