Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of building projects. The position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Duties Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools Carry out basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed by supervisors Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks to ensure project progress Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Operate simple machinery and tools under supervision Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the project duration Skills Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and protocols Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to job sites Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site This position is vital for supporting construction operations and ensuring project success through diligent effort and teamwork.
