  • Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Construction Workers to join our Wood Tops Department . This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do
  • Install roof decking (OSB/plywood) on manufactured homes Work on top of structures to secure and complete roof systems Fasten materials using nail guns and hand tools Assist with soffits, fascia, and roof prep work
  • Install ice and water shield, roofing underlayment, and drip edge
  • Blow cellulose insulation into roof cavities to meet inspection and code requirements Measure, cut, and place materials according to specifications Follow blueprints, work orders, and supervisor direction Ensure all work meets company quality and production standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For
  • Construction or roofing experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Comfortable working at heights and on elevated surfaces Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented mindset Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
regularly Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Must be comfortable working on ladders and roof structures Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Must be available for required business hours, including overtime and occasional Saturdays Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Schedule

PM After Training:
7:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM Overtime available (paid at 1.5x) Occasional Saturdays based on production needs Pay & Benefits
  • Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE Weekly pay (Fridays
