Construction Laborer

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This role offers hands-on experience across a variety of building projects, from commercial renovations to new structures. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople to support all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in custom building. Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of construction, from framing to finish work, to demolition and site work. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project execution. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor including moving materials, debris removal, and site cleanup. Follow safety protocols while working with heavy machinery or operating commercial vehicles on-site. Skills Basic construction knowledge is helpful but not required. Positive attitude and coachability are a requirement
